RA 10173 — Data Privacy Act
Fully compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Citizens have the right to access, correct, and erase their data. A certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) oversees all data processing activities.
Biometric + Multi-Factor Authentication
Citizen identity is secured via multi-factor authentication (MFA), biometric-ready verification, and blockchain-anchored digital IDs. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and blocked automatically.
Blockchain Document Integrity
All official LGU documents, IDs, and service requests are anchored to a tamper-proof blockchain ledger. Any unauthorized modification is instantly detectable and reported.
