Born into a family with a strong tradition of public service, Nathalie Ann Formacion Debuque is the eldest daughter of Joel "Batok" Arandilla Debuque, former Mayor of Anilao, and Ma. Teresa "Matet" Sumagaysay Formacion, former Municipal Councilor and Mayor of Anilao.
